DIG Developments appoints “Healthy Care Medical Group” as the medical operator for Track 12 project in the New Capital

DIG Developments has appointed “Healthy Care Medical Group” as the medical operator for its mixed-use project Track 12 in the New Capital.

Hussein Salah, Chairman of DIG Developments, said that the contract with “Healthy Care Medical Group” as the medical operator for the Track 12 project comes within the framework of the company’s strategy to cooperate with major companies in consulting and management to provide a distinctive and competitive real estate product.

Salah added that “Healthy Care Medical Group” is one of the biggest medical operating companies in the Egyptian market, as it has great experience in managing medical projects, in addition to its reliance on the latest systems and modern technologies, which are to be applied in the medical part of the Track 12 project, so that the project becomes the most important A mixed-use project in the Administrative Capital based on the application of the latest construction, management and operation systems.

Track 12 project is located in the New Administrative Capital, in front of pharmaceutical companies, spam on an area of 2,500 sqm, and includes a ground floor and 12-storey comprises of retail, offices and medical units.

Mohamed Fawzy, head of the development sector at DIG Developments, said that the company has obtained initial approvals for the designs, and excavation permits are being obtained, added that the construction would complete in 2026.

He added that the company’s investments in the New Administrative Capital amount to EGP 2.5 billion, stressing that DIG relies primarily on gaining client confidence in the private sector, and focuses on actual implementation more important than large profits.

For his part, Dr. Ahmed Adam, Chairman of Healthy Care Medical Group, expressed his happiness at contracting with DIG Developments, to manage the medical part of its Track 12 project in the New Administrative Capital, stressing that his company will provide advanced medical operating services supported by the latest modern technologies, as Healthy Care has great experience in the field of medical operation, in addition to its tendency towards applying the latest medical technologies in the world, pointing out that his company provides medical services and clinics in a way that achieves integrated medical services in all medical departments and specialties, which ensures demand and interaction on the medical spaces in the project.

He added that Healthy Care Medical Group has a portfolio of large projects and branches in different governorates and regions, in addition to that Healthy Care has recently introduced the hydrogen therapy technology in cooperation with major medical institutions in the world, which contributes to becoming one of the largest medical operating companies in the Egyptian market.
