Egypt’s real estate company Madaar Development announced the launch of its latest new project, Azha North, in North Coast city, which is one of the most important and largest real estate and tourism projects on North Coast. The project would achieve a quantum leap in real estate and tourism investment in the city. This project comes after the success accomplished by Madaar in Azha El Sokhna project, which has become one of the most important and famous resorts in Ain Sokhna.
Chairman and CEO of Madaar Development Gasser Bahgat stated that the new project is being built on250 acres ( 1million sqm), and is located in Ras Al-Hikma Bay in one of the most beautiful areas in the North Coast, with initial investments worth approximately EGP 16bn.
At press conference held on Sunday by the company and was attended by journalists and media professionals, Bahgat announced the details of the new resort, Azha North. The resort is located at Kilo 212 Alex-Matrouh Road in the Ras El Hekma Bay area, 73 km from Marsa Matrouh, and is close to the new road network that shortens the time to reach this distinguished part of the North Coast, especially El Dabaa Road.
He pointed out that the Azha North development enjoys water bodies and open and green spaces with an area of about 86% of total area of the project and that it rises above sea level at a distance of more than 35 meters above sea level in several areas of the project.
Bahgat noted that the resort features water beaches of up to 12 km, as all units feature either a view of the white sea beach or a view of the front lagoon or both.
The company’s chairman revealed that the company has begun preparations for the launch of the project by choosing the largest consulting offices and global expertise houses, namely WATG and Crystal Lagoon, besides a group of the best local and international engineers and designers in all disciplines to provide an unprecedented resort worthy of the level of target customers.
Bahgat announced that Azha North Resort is characterized by many services, including apartments and serviced villas, a 5-star hotel on the waterfront, a beach extending for about 650 meters of clean water and Gulf waves, in addition to a sports club that includes playgrounds (football – tennis – Paddle tennis courts – multi-purpose courts). Additionally, the resort comprises a distinguished place for shopping, entertainment and a commercial complex on an area of 40,000 sqm.
Meet customer needs
Eng. Ahmed Ahab, head of the technical sector at Madaar Development said that all Azha North units meet needs of different customers with various sizes. The resort includes stand-alone villas, double villas, and chalets of different sizes that meet all needs and tastes of Madaar customers.
Ahab added that the design of units came at the highest level, providing a high taste and optimal utilisation of spaces, highlighted that all units, villas and chalets are delivered fully finished with air conditioning and kitchen.
Sustainability was taken into account in architectural designs to reduce future maintenance costs, in order to preserve aesthetic shape throughout the year, he disclosed.
For his part, CCO at Madaar Development Mohamed Tawfik noted that the process of promoting and offering units to customers in the new project will begin immediately, relying on the strong professional history of Madaar and its previous project in Ain Sokhna, as well as many advantages of the new project.
Tawfik elaborated that marketing operations target customers from Egypt and foreign markets due to the North Coast’s international tourist status, as well as Madar’s position in real estate and tourism development map in Egypt and the region.
