Development and Engineering Consultants Co (TAMEER), a leading real estate development company, has announced the start of construction for the first phase of its distinguished residential project “Azad Views,” after only four months from the project units’ launch. This reflects the company’s seriousness and keenness to complete the entire construction operations before the contractual delivery date of the residential units in the project, expressing the concepts of luxury and privacy to ensure complete comfort in a vibrant residential community and provide all the means of modern life.
Azad Views crowns a prime location at the fifth settlement in the heart of New Cairo, covering an area of 40 acres, about 168,000 square meters. The project is expected to be completed by 2025.

Alaa Anwar, Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Tameer said that Azad Views is the second phase of the Azad 1 project, which was launched in 2018. He mentioned that the Azad 1 project achieved great success and gained the trust of all those looking for unconventional housing concepts, as it was completely sold out in a short time.
He revealed that the construction process in the first phase of the “Azad Views” project would include core and shell basis with a total construction cost of EGP 300 m.
Anwar noted that the construction operations are carried out in cooperation with several successful partners who have experience and competence in this field, including PMP as the Project Management company, Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (Y.B.A.), as the designer and supervision consultant who designed the project and will supervise its implementation, and Construction Management Systems S.A.E. (C.M.S.) as a contractor, which has excellent experience and honorable history in Egypt.
The CDO explained that the “Azad Views” project was designed in an innovative way that revolves around maximizing views for the residents of all units, whether it’s the view of beautiful landscapes, water features, or unique architecture designs.
In addition, Azad Views offers a state of complete safety for walking lovers; it has a car-free destination where a person can walk through the promenade developed connecting AZAD 1 and AZAD VIEWS. Azad Views is also within close proximity to The Business Lounge (being within Urban Walk) where residents can enjoy the services within the office facility. The Business Lounge is set to be complete by the end of this year.
