Rich Bake Partners with Teradix to Upgrade Procurement System

Rich Bake, one of Egypt’s leading bakery manufacturers, has announced a strategic partnership with Teradix, a leading Egyptian SaaS provider of digital procurement and sourcing solutions, to expand an initial procurement digitization deployment into a multi-phase, long-term transformation program across Rich Bake’s sourcing operations. The partnership comes as part of the company’s strategy to enhance operational efficiency as the program will scale standardized sourcing workflows, supplier engagement, governance controls, and performance visibility enabling faster decision-making and greater transparency across stakeholder teams.
The collaboration follows a series of achievements by Rich Bake in recent years, including increased production capacity, product diversification, and a stronger presence in local markets. This growth has necessitated upgrading the company’s internal infrastructure, particularly its procurement and supply chain systems.
Gilbert Hobeika, CEO of Rich Bake, stated that the company has successfully established itself as a prominent brand in the bakery sector through continuous investment in quality, innovation, and well-planned expansion. “With our business volume doubling and the increase in production lines and distribution centers, it became essential to restructure our procurement system to match this growth.
