Today… “Arabesk Real Estate Development” participates in the Mediterranean Investment Gateway Forum at North Square Mall, New Alamein City
The activities of the “Mediterranean Investment Gateway” forum kick off today, Friday, at North Square Mall in New Alamein City, with wide participation from major real estate companies and local and Arab investors. The event is officially inaugurated by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities under the patronage of Engineer Sherif El-Shorbiny.
Arabesk Real Estate Development announced its participation in the forum, which is held from August 22 to 31. The event is the first of its kind in New Alamein City and aims to enhance the city’s position as a promising investment and tourism destination.
Dr. Abdel Hamid El-Wazir, Chairman of the company, stated that the event is receiving great attention from real estate developers and officials alike, as it provides real opportunities to exchange visions on the future of real estate investment in Egypt.
El-Wazir will take part in a main panel discussion titled “The Role of the Private Sector in Driving Real Estate Development”, alongside the Minister of Housing and a number of experts and investors. The ten-day event features intensive activities, including presentations of major projects and new initiatives to support urban expansion.
The forum comes within the state’s efforts to promote Egyptian real estate exports and attract foreign investments, particularly in fourth-generation cities and coastal cities, in line with Egypt’s comprehensive development plans and economic vision.
The event is expected to witness a strong presence of senior officials, developers, and investors from inside and outside Egypt, with a focus on New Alamein City’s world-class infrastructure and its strategic location that qualifies it to become an investment and tourism hub on the Mediterranean.
The forum will conclude with a grand musical evening by artist Medhat Saleh, in addition to honoring several distinguished real estate projects and announcing new initiatives to promote Egyptian real estate in regional and international markets.
