With a targeted sales volume of EGP 1.5 billion, RSD Developments launches the second phase of THE 7T Business & Wellness Complex in New Cairo.

RSD Developments has announced the launch of the second phase of its distinguished project, THE 7T Business & Wellness Complex in the Fifth Settlement, as part of the company’s expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its presence in one of the most prominent commercial and administrative areas in New Cairo.

Ayman Saadan, Chairman of RSD Developments, stated that the company is preparing to launch a new expansion plan designed to enhance its presence in the Egyptian market and diversify its investment portfolio through a package of high-quality projects in strategic locations.

Saadan emphasized that the company places great importance on selecting prime locations and adhering to the specified timelines for project implementation, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

For his part, Hossam Shahdy, Sales Manager at RSD Developments, said that the launch of the second phase of the project comes in collaboration with MRB, a company specialized in project management and operation, with targeted sales of EGP 1.5 billion during the first half of 2026, supported by payment plans of up to 8 years, offering investors, both Egyptian and Arab, a smooth investment experience and attractive returns.

Shahdy explained that the company is working according to a clear timeline to complete excavation works and begin construction during the last quarter of 2025, in order to deliver an integrated project that includes commercial, administrative, medical, and entertainment components in the heart of the First District of the Fifth Settlement, known as the “Banking Complex.”

He added that the project presents a modern model that redefines the concept of shopping and entertainment within commercial centers, through high-end architectural designs and a carefully planned distribution of activities, in collaboration with IEC Engineering Consultancy. MRB will also manage and operate the project to ensure an exceptional investment and service experience for clients.
