Omar Hamroush: “Arabian Development” Redefines Real Estate Marketing and Builds Sustainable Trust with Its Clients

Omar Hamroush, Head of Marketing at Arabian Development for Real Estate Investment, stated that the company has adopted a new philosophy in real estate marketing, centered on building trust and long-term relationships with clients.

He pointed out that marketing today is no longer limited to promoting projects but has become a comprehensive strategic process — starting with market studies and consumer behavior analysis, moving on to building a strong brand image, and culminating in enhancing the post-sale customer experience.

Hamroush explained that Arabian Development does not simply sell units, but rather offers a complete lifestyle experience that reflects the reality customers live within the project. He emphasized that brand strength has now become more important than the project itself, as clients buy from the developer they trust before buying the unit.

He added that the company places the client at the heart of every marketing decision, viewing them as a partner in success rather than a mere recipient of service.

Hamroush noted that Egypt’s real estate market holds vast growth potential but requires a new marketing language based on transparency and attention to detail, pointing out that today’s client is more informed and compares various offers before making a purchase decision.

“Our role,” he said, “is to deliver well-studied marketing content that highlights the true value of the project and reinforces the company’s commitment to its clients.”

He went on to say that the company is developing an integrated digital strategy based on AI technologies and data analytics to better understand customer behavior, in addition to expanding into regional and international markets under the “Exporting Egyptian Real Estate” initiative. This aims to reach new segments of Arab clients and Egyptians abroad while strengthening the company’s digital presence through modern interactive platforms.

Hamroush explained that Arabian Development employs cutting-edge marketing technologies, including virtual presentations, interactive tours prior to project delivery, and data analysis tools to identify target segments — all of which enhance customer experience and improve the efficiency of marketing decisions.

Regarding the company’s participation in Cityscape 2025, he said the company’s booth reflected the lifestyle within its projects, particularly Rivan. He added that the strong turnout from clients and investors confirmed the success of the company’s marketing message and resulted in new partnerships that will support its future expansion.

Hamroush concluded by emphasizing that marketing at Arabian Development is not merely a sales tool but a bridge to building long-term client relationships.

“We aim,” he said, “for every client living in one of our projects to become an ambassador for Arabian Development — that is the true success we believe in.”
